PROMOTION RULES PRIMAVERA HOME VALENTINE'S DAY PRIZE DRAW "EVERY TICKET WINS"


I. General Provisions

1.     The online shop www.primavera-home.com, hereinafter referred to as “the e-shop”, allows you to make purchases via the Internet.

2.     The owner and the seller in e-shop primavera-home is PRIMAVERA HOME PRIMAVERA HOME Sp. z o.o. Spółka Komadytowo-Akcyjna ul. Kłobucka 23 B lok. U1, 02-699 Warszawa, NIP 5372642157 REGON: 380322806, (hereinafter referred to as: "Seller" or "Organizer") 

3.     A complaint may be submitted to PRIMAVERA HOME PRIMAVERA HOME Sp. z o.o. Spółka Komadytowo-Akcyjna ul. 4.     The goods offered by the Seller shall be presented in the e-shop at prices established in the price list and according to the following principles.

5.     The Buyer is a natural or legal person or an unincorporated body who has registered their order and made the payment established in the price list, consented within the meaning of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (codification – Journal of Laws of 2002, number 101, item 926, as amended) to process their personal data included in the order form for using the e-shop or for marketing purposes related to its functioning.

6.     A Consumer is a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the entrepreneur not related directly to their business or professional activity.

7.     The Seller declares that they conduct their business in a manner that does not distort the market behavior of an average consumer before concluding a product contract, during it or after its conclusion.

II. Promotion rules

1. The promotion lasts from February 13, 2025 to February 16, 2025.

2. Any person who purchases goods for at least PLN 500 during the promotion period can participate in the promotion.

3. The promotion is valid in Showrooms in Warsaw and for online purchases at www.primavera-home.com.

4. When purchasing in a brick-and-mortar store, the prize draw takes place immediately after the purchase.

5. When purchasing online, the organizer will contact the participant by phone to conduct the draw.

6. Prizes awarded in a brick-and-mortar store can be collected immediately after the draw.

7. Prizes awarded when shopping online will be delivered to the address provided during the purchase.

8. To be won: a PH decorative scented candle, a PH natural ice cream dessert scented candle, a bouquet of artificial flowers Peonies, a table accessory, a pillow with the PH logo, a table lamp, a fragrance for the interior, a ceramic pot with a bouquet of artificial flowers Peonies, a tissue box and a picture in a mirror frame.

9. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of these regulations.

The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations during the promotion.

III. Principles of purchase, delivery and complaints
