I. General Provisions

1.     The online shop www.primavera-home.com, hereinafter referred to as “the e-shop”, allows you to make purchases via the Internet.

4.     The goods offered by the Seller shall be presented in the e-shop at prices established in the price list and according to the following principles.

5.     The Buyer is a natural or legal person or an unincorporated body who has registered their order and made the payment established in the price list, consented within the meaning of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (codification – Journal of Laws of 2002, number 101, item 926, as amended) to process their personal data included in the order form for using the e-shop or for marketing purposes related to its functioning.

6.     A Consumer is a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the entrepreneur not related directly to their business or professional activity.

7.     The Seller declares that they conduct their business in a manner that does not distort the market behavior of an average consumer before concluding a product contract, during it or after its conclusion.

II. Promotion rules

1. On November 17-19 2023, special discounts on selected products apply.
2. The customer can make a purchase in the online store www.primavera-home.com and take advantage of the discount by entering the CODE:
   1. Glamour20 – 20% discount on furniture available on the website as in stock, carpets and lighting
   2. Meble15 – 15% discount on custom-made furniture (prefabricated) and decorations, including Christmas decorations
   3. or make a purchase in a stationary store on the same terms as in the online store.
3. The promotion does not apply to previously discounted or outlet products.
4. Quantity of goods is limited.

III. Principles of purchase, delivery and complaints
