REGULATIONS OF THE PRIMAVERA HOME "GIFT FOR SHOPPING" PROMOTION

I. General Provisions

1. These regulations define the rules of the "Gift for Shopping" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").
2. The Promotion is organized by PRIMAVERA HOME Sp z o.o. Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna, 02-699 Warsaw ul. Kłobucka 23 B u 1, NIP: 5372642157 REGON: 380322806 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller or Organizer)
3. The Promotion is conducted in the Organizer's stationary store (Al. Wilanowska 170 and Kłobucka 23 B in Warsaw) and in the online store at www.primavera-home.com
4. The Buyer may submit complaints to PRIMAVERA HOME Sp z o.o. Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna ul. 5. The Seller offers the goods presented in the online store at the prices specified in the price list and according to the following rules.
6. Buyer is a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality who has registered their order and paid the fee specified in the price list, and has consented, within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), to the processing of their personal data contained in the order form for the purposes of using the e-store and, if applicable, for marketing purposes related to its operation.
7. Consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
8. The Seller declares that it conducts its business in accordance with good practice and in a manner that does not distort or is likely to distort the market behavior of the average consumer before, during, or after the conclusion of a product contract.

II. Promotion Duration

1. The promotion is valid from December 5th to December 13th or while gift supplies last.

III. Promotion Rules

1. The promotion applies to purchases made from December 5th to December 13th (inclusive).
2. Participants who make a one-time purchase for a specific amount are entitled to choose one of the gifts available within a given price range.

3. Purchase thresholds and available gifts

For purchases of:

• PLN 500 or more – the participant receives a Primavera Home scented candle
• PLN 1000 or more – the participant receives a Nutcracker (large, pink)
• PLN 5000 or more – the participant receives a Santa Claus Dispenser.
• PLN 10,000 or more – the participant receives a Medusa decorative pillow
• PLN 15,000 or more – the participant receives a VALO table lamp
• PLN 20,000 or more – the participant receives a DIAMOND beige or black pouf
• PLN 25,000 or more – the participant receives a painting in a mirror frame
• PLN 30,000 or more – the participant receives a FLOWER armchair

(If a higher threshold is exceeded, the customer is entitled to a gift from the highest threshold achieved.)

IV. Terms of Use of the Promotion

1. Using the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The gift can be collected immediately after purchase or as agreed with the seller.
3. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
4. The offer is valid while supplies last – if a given gift is out of stock, the participant may choose another gift from the same tier, if available.

V. Purchase, Delivery, and Complaints Policy

The same purchase, delivery, and complaint policy applies as with any purchase at Primavera Home, in accordance with the terms and conditions located at https://primavera-home.com/regulamin/

VI. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations during the Promotion, provided that this does not violate the rights of persons who have already made a purchase.
