TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIMAVERA HOME "SHOWROOM ANNIVERSARY" PROMOTION


I. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the promotion titled "Black Friday 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").
2. The organizer of the Promotion is PRIMAVERA HOME Sp. z o.o. Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna, located at ul. Kłobucka 23 B u 1, 02-699 Warsaw, Tax ID (NIP): 5372642157, Statistical ID (REGON): 380322806 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Organizer").
3. The Promotion is conducted at the Organizer's brick-and-mortar stores (Al. Wilanowska 170 and ul. Kłobucka 23 B in Warsaw) and via the online store at www.primavera-home.com.

5. The Seller offers the goods presented in the online store at the prices specified in the price list and in accordance with the following terms.

The Buyer is a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality that has registered an order, made the payment specified in the price list, and—within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended)—consented to the processing of their personal data provided in the order form for the purpose of using the online store and, potentially, for marketing purposes related to its operation.
7. A Consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
8. The Seller declares that they conduct their business in accordance with fair practices and in a manner that does not distort—or is not likely to distort—the market behavior of an average consumer before, during, or after the conclusion of a contract for a product.

II. Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is valid on the following dates:
   • October 23, 2026 – October 24, 2026.

The Promotion applies exclusively to the periods specified in point 1 and does not cover any other dates.

III. Terms of the Promotion

1. The Promotion applies only to products available in the Organizer’s offer during the promotional period.
2. As part of the Promotion, Buyers may take advantage of the following discounts: a) For items in stock – a 20% discount is applied:
   • automatically in the online store upon entering the code PRIMA20,
   • or at the time of purchase in a brick-and-mortar store.

b) For items available upon order – a 15% discount is applied:

• automatically in the online store upon entering the code PRIMA15,
• or at the time of purchase in a brick-and-mortar store.

3. The following are excluded from the Promotion:

• products that are already discounted,
• products subject to another discount or promotion.

4. The discount cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

5. In the event that a product is incorrectly assigned to the category of items available in stock—resulting in the application of a 20% discount instead of the correct 15% discount applicable to items available upon order—the Organizer reserves the right to correct the discount amount prior to the conclusion of the sales agreement. In such a case, the Buyer will be informed of the error and the correct price of the product, and will be given the option to either accept the revised terms or cancel the purchase.

IV. Terms and conditions for using the promotion

1. Taking advantage of the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The discount is applied on a one-time basis and cannot be combined with other promotions offered by the Organizer, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
3. In the event of a return of goods purchased during the Promotion period, the refund will be equal to the price actually paid by the Buyer after the discount has been applied.

V. Rules regarding purchases, delivery, and complaints

The rules regarding purchases, delivery, and complaints are the same as those that apply to any purchase at Primavera Home, in accordance with the terms and conditions available at https://primavera-home.com/regulamin/

 VI. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions during the Promotion, provided that such amendments do not infringe upon the rights of individuals who have already made a purchase under the Promotion.
2. Any amendments to the terms and conditions will be published on the Organizer's website.
3. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code as and applicable consumer law shall apply.
   4. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Organizer's website.
