Rules of the "Show Your Interior and Win Unique Prizes!" Competition

COMPETITION RULES "Show Your Interior and Win Exclusive Prizes!"

I. General Provisions

The organizer of the "Show Your Interior and Win Exclusive Prizes!" competition is Primavera Home, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
The competition takes place in Poland from May 20, 2026, to May 30, 2026.
The competition is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of law.
II. Terms of Participation,/h4>
The competition is open to any adult whose home contains Primavera Home products.
To participate, you must:
take a photo or record a short video demonstrating an interior design using Primavera Home products,
send the competition materials:
to the email address: sklep@primavera-home.com
or
via WhatsApp to the Organizer.
Each participant may submit an unlimited number of entries.
III. Competition Rules
The competition task is to creatively present an interior design using Primavera Home products.
Entries can be submitted from May 20, 2026, to May 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Submission constitutes:
acceptance of these rules,
a declaration of the participant's copyright to the submitted materials,
consent to the publication of photos and videos by the Organizer on social media, on the website, and in Primavera Home promotional materials.
IV. Prizes and Winner Selection
The Organizer will select the winners based on creativity, aesthetics, and presentation of Primavera Home products.
Winners will receive unique gifts prepared by the Organizer.
Competition results will be published after the competition ends on Primavera Home social media profiles and/or through individual contact with the winners.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. V. Personal Data
Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and contacting the winners.
Primavera Home is the data controller.
Participants have the right to access and correct their data, in accordance with applicable law.
VI. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that violate the rules or decency.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules, provided this does not adversely affect the conditions of participation.
The rules are available from the Organizer and can be made available upon request.
Polish law shall apply to matters not regulated by these rules.
